How does Humitech device solve the problem?

Electrical phenomena

The house has just been built: underneath it, water layers and subterranean waters start being absorbed by the walls due to an electrical phenomenon.

This phenomenon is known as electro-osmosis and is the reason for the rising of the moisture up the walls, through the capillaries present in the structure of the walls.

Positive charge

The positively charged molecules of the water are attracted upwards, due to the negative charge of the walls and the attraction they exert.

Negative charge

The water rises up the walls, penetrates the floors and the rest of the houses structures, as the negative charge of the walls attracts the water, so generating moisture, spots and salts that destroy the plaster of the walls.

Humitech converts the positive charge of the water molecules inside the walls to a negative charge, this way cancelling the phenomenon.

As a result, water starts flowing downwards due to gravity.

The time varies and depends on the material the wall is made of. The thicker the material, the longer it takes for the wall to dry. What conditions are necessary for the device to work?
