Humitech is a device that eliminates once and for all the moisture that rises to the walls from the ground.
By using the device, moisture-related issues are effectively addressed, including:
• Damage to the walls and foundations of the house
• The humidity may cause various inconveniences for the occupants.
• This humidity can lead to various health problems for the householders, which can be effectively prevented by using the device.
A large device can cover areas up to 240 square meters. With a radius of influence of approximately 15 meters around the device, it is capable of effectively covering any underground or ground floor space within this range.
The device is usually placed on a central wall of the house, so that it can cover all the needed space. Its dimensions are small and it does not require any maintenance after its installation.
The device is connected to the electrical network and its consumption is minimal, of the order of 10-12 euros per year.
The device operates effectively under any conditions involving the rise of soil moisture through walls. It can dehumidify underground walls as well as basement floors, thanks to its wide protective radius of influence. However, the device does not address moisture caused by the condensation of water vapor from atmospheric air on ceilings, walls, or other surfaces.

The Humitech device enables the complete drying of walls in a fully non-invasive manner, without disrupting or altering the structural elements of the building.
The phenomenon of rising moisture in the walls of the building is known as "electroosmosis" which means an upward movement of water molecules, which the wall absorbs from the ground.
The basic operating principle of the device is the emission of very weak electromagnetic waves of appropriate intensity and frequency (not harmful to living organisms) and, through this, changing the polarity of the walls.
The Humitech device eliminates mold and moisture from the walls and floors of your home without the need for excavation or the use of chemicals.
The time required for the walls of the building to dry depends on several factors, such as the degree of moisture already present, the thickness of the walls, the type of materials from which the wall was made and the degree of salt content of the walls.
Within the first 3 to 6 months of using the device, you will notice the damp smell fading, the water ceasing to rise up the walls, and a significant reduction in humidity levels.
The magnetic field generated by the Humitech device during the drying process is much weaker than that produced by standard household appliances. It is imperceptible and has no effect on living organisms. In fact, at a distance of 15 cm from the device, the field strength measures only 10-100 V/m, compared to the Earth's natural field strength of 200 V/m.
